Over de functie

Vanwege de internationale aard van het bedrijf is het functieprofiel in het Engels;

• Facilitates the translation and localization of brochures, catalogs, mailings, press releases, web content, advertising and tradeshow signs (translations are done in French, German, Italian, Russian and Spanish)
• Acts as a traffic manager amid translation and production colleagues
• Provides coordination and quality control for literature and other marketing collateral produced by the company
• Maintains the inventory of all literature in the Europe office
• Coordinates and executes communications to support relevant marketing activities (Invitations, pre-show and post-show mailings for tradeshows etc.)
• Prepares and follows up on mailing activities
• Fulfills incoming literature requests from customers with the support of a Warehouse Literature Clerk
